Hello friends of the Brasstown Community Center,

We received a grant in late 2021 to build an outdoor stage between the doors of the new schoolhouse annex. The outdoor stage is part of our Helping Hands project that will be used to distribute food from local farmers to families in need. We will partnering up with others to make this happen in 2022!

The stage could also be used for outdoor concerts and other events in the future. We are happy to report that the work has begun in the smallest way by digging up the areas needed for cement foundations! As the work continues, we will update this post…

Sunflowers is the 5th (and final) in a Series of 5 Painting Socials held monthly at the Brasstown Community Center. (Each Painting Social in the series will have a $15 fee for painting supplies)

These socials are for fun and laughter, meeting new people or reconnecting with those we already know and for being creative & making memories!

Seating will be limited to a maximum of 12 people so that we can respect COVID-19 protocol. Please visit the Brasstown Community Center Facebook Page for more information or to send a message.
